Project Description
Our technical representative is able to customize a lighting energy saving plan after an extensive building survey and audit process. A plan outlines the procedures, counts LED bulbs required and their cost, retrofitting and installation cost, energy saved and warranty program. The total upgrade program cost is usually paid off from savings by 30 months to maximum of 50 months, depending on the nature of the project. A financial assist program is also available from 24 months up to 60 months.

Understand how we procedure step by step
STEP 1: Analysis of Project’s Energy Consumption
Our trained energy specialist will analyze your building’s energy systems and costs to provide you with a report on potential savings opportunities in the ladder steps. This meeting will enable us to gain a full understanding of the building’s existing lighting system and the building owner’s concerns or problems regarding the current situation. This audit will take a high-level approach that will identify the best opportunities for upgrades based on potential savings and environmental impact.
STEP 2: Validate and Highlight the Opportunity
A proposal will be created to generate the ideal upgrades to match the requirements of the project. The in-depth proposal will highlight changes in bulbs and fixtures, carbon emissions and energy consumption, and changes in annual energy and maintenance costs. With this, the proposal will shine light all seperated regions of your location, for example, parkades, common spaces, and/or exterior lighting.
Additionally, the proposal will be followed with an educational presentation done by our lighting specialists. We are able to explain the in-depth breakdowns within the report. We showcase our product choice and compare it to products that are provided by our competitors and retailers. The presentation will enable you to ask the proper questions for future decisions. STEP 3: Project Payment Method of Choice
We provide a variety of options when it comes to payment. The options include cash payment, third party financing, and in-house financing. In house financing will enable options to pay with savings and can range from 24 to 60 month terms.
The cash option of payment is the simplest and is given at a discounted rate. The financial assist program gives the following four options of length:
- 2 year payment plan at 0% interest rate
- 3 year payment plan at 0% interest rate
- 4 year payment plan at 5% interest rate
- 5 year payment plan at 5% interest rate
STEP 4: Install of LED Retrofit Project
With an electrical engineer leading our in-house certified electricians we are able to provide solid plans of execution. The team of experienced electricians will find ease in any project as we have completed numerous lighting retrofit projects for indoor and outdoor projects that include multi-residential buildings & parkades, commercial & industrial buildings, retail stores.
Our technicians will follow the instructions from the client’s approved work-orders to commence the retrofit works. They will conduct the retrofit procedures in a least intrusive way possible, working within a convenient and pre-arranged schedule upon building authority’s approval.
STEP 5: Project Completion and Post Inspection
After the installation is complete, a final completed-work inspection will be conducted. An invitation to building authority to join the final walk through and confirm their satisfaction regarding the entirety of the project. The final walk through will allow us to highlight the changes that have been made.
Additionally, our team will dispose and recycle old fixtures, bulbs, electrical wires, and packaging material from the building in an environmentally safe way. Old fixtures and bulbs are known for containing hazardous materials and will be handled with the utmost care. This step is crucial step to provide the most environmentally friendly process.
STEP 6: Warranty Program and Further Support
Evergreen Lighting Group is proud to provide a 5 to 10 year warranty. This warranty includes labour and light bulb replacement for either 5 or 10 years from the initial installation. Evergreen is known for the continued electrical support after project completion. This allows the building owner to pass on all further electrical work to Evergreen’s team that is a result of the completed project.
